Waterside is a period farmhouse, restored to a very high standard, on the edge of the river Deveron in Aberdeenshire, Scotland and has a commanding view over the river. Waterside offers very comfortable and well-equipped self catered accommodation for up to six people in three twin bedded bedrooms, with two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen-dining room and a sitting room.

In addition to modern cooking facilities, the kitchen is also equipped with a fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble drier, and a dishwasher. Electric central heating, firewood and a television are included as part of the package. In the interests of safety, please ensure the fire guard is firmly secured when vacating the living room. Linen and towels are provided.

It really is a wonderful place to relax after a long day and is also equipped with a fixed outdoor barbecue.

Guests should be aware that Waterside is accessed by a footbridge over the river and is approximately 250 yards from the car parking. Alternatively, 4x4 vehicles may (at their own risk) cross the ford if the water is low enough.
